Cathedral High School is a private Catholic college-preparatory school affiliated with the Brothers of Holy Cross. Founded in 1918, it is one of the oldest and largest Catholic high schools in the state of Indiana and has a student body of nearly 1300 in grades 9 to 12.

Academic Positions:

Art Teacher

Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, a premier independent Catholic college preparatory high school in the Holy Cross Tradition since 1918, is accepting applications for an art instructor for the 2016-2017 school year.  The applicant must have at least a Bachelor’s degree with expertise in photography and graphic design.  Further experience in a wide range of studio disciplines is desired, but not necessary.

Assistant Director for Enrollment Management

Cathedral High School is looking for an Assistant Director for Enrollment Management to join the school’s enrollment management team. Cathedral is a Holy Cross high school that seeks to transform a diverse group of students while giving them the competence to see and the courage to act.

The Assistant Director represents the school in all aspects of the enrollment management process by communicating information to prospective families about Cathedral High School, the admission process, diversity initiatives, and tuition assistance. The Assistant Director assists in the management and administration of office functions, including phone inquiries, walk-in visitors, meetings with prospective families, communication with faculty and staff, school tours, interviews, enrollment activities, freshman scheduling, and tuition assistance. The Assistant Director participates in various community outreach activities in support of enrollment management/diversity, including “information nights,” high school nights, etc. This individual also manages the student visit program and is a key contributor to the school’s enrollment-related social media and school communication efforts.

We seek a candidate who has the ability to present effectively in front of a variety of audiences, who has strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrates a willingness to work evenings and weekends as required, possesses strong technical and interpersonal skills, is organized, and is passionate about promoting a Catholic high school rooted in Holy Cross values. A bachelor’s degree is required, and high school or college admissions experience is preferred.
