In addition to the Cathedral Fund and other annual fundraising efforts, several fundraising events provide annual support and benefit the Cathedral Family of Funds which supports academic and faculty initiatives, the arts, athletics, technology initiatives, and tuition assistance, or wherever Cathedral needs it most!

Class Parties
Each year Cathedral High School hosts its major fundraiser the ShamrAuction. Leading up to this cornerstone event for Cathedral, each class hosts a parent class party. These gatherings provide an opportunity to bring Cathedral families together for a social gathering and serve as an avenue to raise monies for ShamrAuction.

Enjoy meeting new freshman families while cheering on the Indianapolis Colts on TV. Here's hoping some "Irish" luck will come Andrew Luck's way!!!

Grandparent’s Day - September 8, 2013
One of Cathedral's most popular events, this event is an opportunity for Cathedral and our students to honor and appreciate our wonderfully supportive grandparents. We begin by celebrating the Eucharist together at Mass. Students and their grandparents then can share a hot brunch along with a short presentation.

Cathedral Fund Dinner – October 3, 2013
This elegant day-time event serves as a gift gathering party to support the yearly ShamrAuction. The event combines lunch and style show featuring fashions from upscale local retailers and boutiques modeled by senior Cathedral students, parents and staff

Fall Trivia Night – November 16, 2013
A brand-new Cathedral tradition in the making, this now annual event is generating a lot of excitement with past parents, current parents, alumni, and friends. Matt Hammond '99, host and creator of Elbow Room's Trivia Night (named best in the city by Indianapolis Monthly magazine), will serve as the evening's emcee. Pizza, beer, and wine will be provided. This event supports the ShamrAuction and the Cathedral Family of Funds.

Santa's Helpers Ugly Sweater Parties – December 2013 (TBA)

ShamrAuction – February 22, 2014
Now in its 37th year, this one-night event brings together generations of alumni, supporters, parents, donors, and friends in an over-the-top evening of fun, food, and festivities. Live and silent auctions, dinner, drinks, and band included. This event supports the Cathedral Family of Funds for tuition assistance and promotes excellence in academics, the arts, and athletics.
