Mark Doctor (Head Coach)Mark ran Cross Country and Track at Defiance High School (Defiance, Ohio) and the University of Toledo (Toledo, Ohio). He has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toledo. After college, he competed for the National Guard Marathon Team. He has competed for the Indiana Invaders Masters Team and is currently the logistics manager for the Invaders. He has served as the Chairman for the Indiana Association of the USATF, President and trainer for Indy Runners. Mark holds a Coaching Certification from the National Federation of High Schools and Level I Coaching Certification from USA Track and Field. His "day" job is a lab supervisor for ATC Associates in Fishers.
Jennifer A. Henk (Assistant Coach)
Jenny ran for Hoffman Estates High School in Illinois. In college she ran for Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa and has competed in the NCAA III Cross Country Nationals in 1995 and 1996. She went to the University of Denver for graduate school and received her Masters in Social Work in 2000. She lives in Indianapolis and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and practices with the Lotus Group. Jenny won the female division and was ninth overall in the Indianapolis Half Marathon in 2007. She continues to train for marathons.

Wayne Ramsey (Assistant Coach)
You can find Wayne training at Eagle Creek on Sunday mornings. He recently won his age group at the mini-marathon.
Kim Weiss (Consultant)
Kim is currently on maturity leave (Ethan). Kim was a member of the Indiana Invaders from 2002-2005. Kim completed her masters degree in Clinical Nutrition at Rush Presbyterian-St.Luke’s medical center in downtown Chicago. While in Chicago she also helped coach Cross Country and Track at the University of Chicago and University of Illinois-Chicago. During her Collegiate career at Western Michigan University Kim competed in cross country and the 5 and 10k on the track. Kim was a Junior All-American in the 10k and was a named to the Mid-American All-conference team 7 times in the 5k and 10k. Kim graduated from West Aurora High School in Aurora, IL. In high school she was All-state in Cross country and in the 3200m in track, and still holds the school record in the 4x 800m, 1600m, and 3200m. Kim currently works as a Registered Dietitian at St. Vincent Women’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
