"Breaking Down Barriers"  

On May 11, members of the Café Club gathered for our usual bi-monthly meeting and experienced a real treat.  Millicent Wright, the Education Outreach Coordinator, and actor from the Indianapolis Repertory Theatre visited us.  She used her great skills in dramatics and group process to conduct an interactive experience based on the topics of status, power, our self-perceptions, and the way we treat others.  In the future, we will be more cognizant of our judgments and the ways our words and our actions affect those around us.
